Mivolis Omega-3 1,000 contains sea fish oil, which is rich in unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, especially in the two fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). These have a variety of functions in the human body, e.g. B. for the heart. With a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA, these contribute to normal heart function. Sea fish are rich in EPA and DHA and should therefore be consumed regularly. Alternatively, Mivolis Omega-3 helps 1,000 ensure the supply of these fatty acids. Mivolis Omega-3 1,000 already contains at least 260 mg of the fatty acids per capsule and vitamin E. This helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
